CPEP, sometimes referred to as the Crisis Center, is a local psychiatric emergency room through United Health Services (UHS), with a 24/7 staffed crisis line. All calls to the crisis line are free and confidential. You may also go to CPEP anytime, day or night, to seek help. They are located next to
the Emergency Department at UHS Binghamton General Hospital. All visits are strictly confidential.
