Need spiritual direction

The Binghamton University Interfaith Council (BUIC) is composed of various religious institutions and organizations from around the greater Binghamton area that have committed themselves to serving the religious and spiritual needs of the University community.

The Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) provides a multifaith meditation and prayer room, resource library, resource room and direct funding to student organizations. The MRC promotes collaborative efforts in programming among campus departments and cultural organizations on initiatives that enhance cultural awareness and understanding of diversity on campus.

The College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA) Career and Intercultural Services Center (CISC) promotes a diverse and student-centered environment that values the wide range of identities, interests and abilities of CCPA students. In keeping with the mission of CCPA to provide high-quality, professional education for its students, CISC staff members help students develop career and professional skills through relationships that promote social capital and bolster professional and intercultural development. Students receive assistance including career exploration, job search advisement and connections to hands-on learning with CCPA’s many community partners. All students should feel valued and respected and will be empowered to excel in careers as CCPA graduates.
