
Information Technology Services (ITS) supports teaching, learning, research and the student experience across all campuses of Binghamton University by providing responsive support, technology expertise and innovative solutions via its staff, facilities, applications and services.
The ITS Help Desk is the University's central contact point for questions about the use of information technology. The Help Desk staff will answer questions directly or facilitate a resolution if second level technology support is required
