Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier peer-run warm line
The Mental Health Association of the Sourthern Tier (MHAST) offers a peer-run 24/7 warm line in Binghamton. The Warm Line is a 24/7 resource for individuals who may need someone to support them in a difficult time. Anyone is welcome to call the Warm Line, and a peer will be available to listen, to talk, or to offer some additional resources to the caller.
If you need help, someone to talk to, or are worried about someone you know, you can reach a Warm Line Specialist at 607-240-7291. The Warm Line is not a crisis service. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
